AVPro Global Launches Design Services

AVPro Global has introduced AVPro Design Services (ADS), a new support services group built to help professional integrators design, program, and deploy AV systems with greater confidence and efficiency.

The new group brings together AVPro system architects to support projects across commercial and residential environments, including business and corporate spaces, education, government, hospitality and retail, houses of worship, medical environments, and luxury residential applications.

For integrators, the appeal is practical. ADS is designed to help shape a project before it becomes a field challenge. The team can assist with system architecture, hardware selection, RTI control programming, AV-over-IP consulting, home cinema layout, deployment support, and branded user interfaces tailored to the client’s space and workflow.

“AVPro Design Services brings our vision to life by combining best-in-class products and expert services to help integrators deliver exceptional AV experiences every time,” AVPro CEO Matt Murray said in the statement. “Having an AVPro system architect on the integrator’s side of the table is a powerful advantage, supporting application engineering, RTI programming, AV-over-IP consulting, home cinema layout, and more, while helping accelerate client proposals.”

The company’s ADS page frames the service around three core offerings: RTI Control Programming, System Design Building, and Consultation and Deployment. RTI programming is a paid service that can include custom processor programming, branded touchpanel UX, client logos, floor plans, automation workflows, multi-zone audio control, source control, and advanced AV switching features. System Design Building is listed as a no-cost service for AVPro Global dealers, intended to help integrators confirm architecture, hardware selection, bills of materials, scalability, and third-party device compatibility before a proposal is finalized. And the Consultation and Deployment offering can provide remote configuration support or on-site commissioning help for higher-stakes installations.

That mix points to a larger shift in the integration channel: manufacturers are increasingly being asked to provide not only products, but application expertise that helps integrators move faster while protecting the final client experience. In a sports bar, that might mean a floor plan-based control page allowing staff to route 12 DIRECTV sources to 18 displays across different zones. In a luxury residence, it could mean a more intuitive branded interface and a system architecture that can expand over time without sacrificing reliability.

ADS will support deployment and configuration across AVPro Global’s portfolio, including AVPro Edge, AudioControl Pro, RTI, Bullet Train, Murideo, and ThenAudio. For design-build professionals and integrators working on increasingly complex connected environments, the service is positioned as a way to bring manufacturer-level engineering into the project earlier, when the decisions that affect performance, usability, and long-term client satisfaction are still being made.
