Gramophone and World Wide Stereo have appointed Justin Adams as Chief Integration & Technology Officer, a new leadership role that will oversee custom integration, engineering, programming, service, and electrical operations across both companies.
In the position, Adams will be responsible for technical standards, workforce development, and innovation, helping the two companies align best practices while continuing to operate as independent businesses.
“Justin understands this industry from the showroom floor to its most complex integration projects,” Andrew Davis, CEO and Managing Partner, said in a statement. “His technical knowledge, operational leadership and commitment to developing people make him uniquely qualified to lead this next stage of growth.”
Adams joined Gramophone in 2013 and has held roles across sales, store management, custom integration, and operations. More recently, his sales and installation work with World Wide Stereo gave him broader experience across the full client journey, from system design through installation and long-term service.
In his new role, Adams will focus on creating consistent engineering practices and expanding training programs for technical teams. The companies said the goal is to strengthen operations by sharing expertise and resources across both organizations.

Founded in 1976, Maryland-based Gramophone provides luxury residential technology and design-build services, including audio, video, home automation, lighting, electrical and custom integration solutions. World Wide Stereo, founded in 1979, serves clients through Philadelphia-area showrooms, an online retail business, and professional design, installation, and service teams.
Gramophone and World Wide Stereo formed a strategic partnership in 2024 and have continued to operate independently while collaborating under shared leadership.
